What makes Slip® silk different from ordinary silk?
Slip® pure silk products are made using slipsilk™, developed and refined for over ten years to provide the ultimate combination of shine, thickness, softness, and durability. We use the highest grade (6A) long fiber mulberry silk with a thickness of 22 momme.
How do I care for my silk pillowcase?
To maintain the quality of your silk, we recommend machine washing on a cool, delicate cycle using a pH-neutral liquid detergent or hand washing. Always air dry your silk products out of direct sunlight.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unopened packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used bedding or sleep masks unless they are found to be faulty.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the domestic region. International shipping times vary by location but generally arrive within 7-14 business days.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all Slip® products are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper laundering.
Are Slip® products hypoallergenic?
Yes, silk is naturally hypoallergenic and resistant to dust mites, making it an excellent choice for those with sensitive skin or allergies.
