We want you to love your silk essentials; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unused and unopened products within 30 days of purchase. Due to the hygienic nature of our beauty products, items must be in their original packaging with all security seals intact.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the items in their original silk-lined packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package, ensuring any previous delivery markings are completely covered.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned silk for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
